I am very picky about my winter coats, as Midwestern winters can be brutal. I usually wear down or fur, because for my arthritic joints, warmth is vital. When we bought this item, I scoffed at the price. I always say you get what you pay for and I wasn’t expecting much. Though, when I opened the package and selected up the coat, it was the perfect weight, not heavy & not flimsy thin. The shell is 95% wool! It is right to size, infinitely warm and compares with more pricey, high end mark outerwear. I couldn’t be more pleased. Another key cut of info: it is right to size. Don’t worry about export a size up, because you reckon it’s going to be a cheapie. It’s a GOODIE!
